Editorial Approach

Ideaggio’s essays approach society and world affairs through philosophical inquiry, informed by my own judgments and convictions. They examine principles, tensions, and possibilities rather than offer policy prescriptions or instructions for action. Their purpose is to articulate questions and develop arguments that remain open to scrutiny and disagreement.

This approach allows for substantive moral judgments and the defence of political positions. Inquiry does not remove my responsibility for the claims I make; it requires me to explain their grounds, consider objections, and remain willing to revise them.
